What’s the delivery time for my goods order?

It’s our goal to dispatch the goods as fast as possible. The delivery will be carried out by DHL within 1 – 3 working days, if the goods are in stock. If you have any questions, wishes or problems regarding your delivery time or order, please contact our customer service. We will assist you as soon as possible.


What additional charges accrue to my order?

With each new order with delivery address in Germany, a shipping fee of 3.90 € accrues. Prices quoted include the legal value added tax (VAT).
For cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee of 3.60 € will be charged extra, as well as a cash payment of 2.00 € which is to be paid directly to the deliverer, in addition to the amount invoiced.

From an order value of 20.00 €, we deliver free within Germany.


Is the shipping carried out abroad?

Yes, we also deliver our products to Austria (delivery charges: 7.90 €) and Switzerland (delivery charges: 12.90 €).

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees if necessary, customs clearance service fees, and if necessary, import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depend on the respective country of delivery.
Please inquire about these fees at your customs office on site. These charges are to be defrayed by you.


What is the processing of a return?

Please inform us in written form about your recall. In the caption INFORMATION you will find our conditions of cancellationand a model cancellation form.
In the case of claim of the cancellation right, the buyer has to pay the expenses of the return of the ordered articles. The refund of the billing amount is made immediately after receiving the return.
